Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Red Oak Survival. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and you must have proof of purchase (your order number is enough).

How to Start a Return

Email us at redoaksurvival@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions. Please do not ship anything back before we send you a return address, because returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns that are not caused by our error (for example, you changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in that case.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 days after the latest delivery estimate we gave you, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you in full.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim is approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, and your bank may take additional time to post it.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, burned, or altered, and items that were damaged through misuse, cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still return it under the terms above.
