These Terms of Service govern your use of www.redoaksurvival.com (the "Site") and your purchases from Red Oak Survival ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly by screen, and product details may change without notice. If a product is not as described, see our Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock or pricing issues, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Safety and Responsible Use

Our products are outdoor and survival gear and may involve fire, sharp edges, or other hazards. You are responsible for using them safely, following manufacturer instructions and applicable laws and fire restrictions, and using good judgment. Products are not substitutes for training, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome in an emergency. Keep fire-related and sharp items away from children.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Oak Survival is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Red Oak Survival or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Red Oak Survival is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
